...pour répondre vraiment à ta question: oui Beach House c'est pas mal les seuls à réunir les ingrédients d'un seul coup, à commencer par la voix ''qu'il faut'', Victoria Legrand restera difficile à surpasser à ce chapitre.
Si on regarde ce que l'app Discovr nous pond comme résultat:

Sinon, Slowdive me semble très Shoegaze plus que Dream pop, du moins des 2 albums que j'ai...
